Where an amendment is material, bbo88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bbo88's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through bbo88's internal complaints procedure should be directed to bbo88 support at [email protected] in the first instance. bbo88 will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints in a timely and fair manner.
